Foo always thought tumbleweeds were only found out on the open plains of Texas, but he found this one as a permanent art sculpture in the Art Car Museum in Houston, TX. However, unlike real one, no matter how hard Foo huffed and puffed, he couldn't budge this tumbleweed at all.
