He'll Flip You For It...
Foo ended his day by visiting the Aikido Institute of New Mexico for a bracing workout with these fellow aikidoists in Albuquerque, NM. He wiped the mat with them, and didn't even break a sweat. Wish that could be said for the rest of us!
