Ahoy Mateys!

So happy to be out on the boat, Winchester and Foo looked out onto the big watery expanse in anticipation of a fun day in the sun. These two pirate puppy pals love the wind in their fur and the spray on their faces!

Whatever Floats Foo's Boat

When they were finally ready to get out onto the boat and enjoy the lake, Foo gathered all his floatation equipment because it's better to be safe than sorry. He ended up being able to keep the cooler raft, but the puppy lifejacket was Winchester's and he gets a little territorial.

Playing Dead

While they were playing together, Foo decided it was time that Winchester learned the art of playing dead. Try as he might, Foo just couldn't get Winchester--who kept rolling his eyes at his friend's antics--to grasp the concept and play along.

Best of Friends

Foo spent a lot of his day with his best friend, Winchester. Since they're about the same size, they get along really well.

Winchester even generously let Foo play with his new stuffed toy, which he calls a pelican.

But Foo learned the limits of their friendship when he tried to chew on Winchester's favorite rawhide stick. It was a mighty battle, but in the end, Foo let Winchester have the stick and peace was returned.

Scaredy Foo

While romping around the yard, Foo got startled by a rabid, nut-grabbing squirrel and he immediately tried to climb a tree... He realized very quickly that he had no claws and slid right back down. At least that scared away the squirrel.

Stop and Smell the Pretty

Foo took a moment to stop and breathe in the beautiful scents of these stunning pink flowers. He didn't know what they were, but it put a smile on his  face and a spring in his step.

Tequila Foo-rise

When Foo found this cactus, he immediately jumped right in and adamantly announced that he was going to stay there until it started seeping tequila. In spite of the fact he was informed that that's not how it works, Foo insisted he got drunk as he staggered away sometime later.

A Clean Fish Is a Good Fish

Foo isn't much for patience, and the thought of fresh fish for dinner just made him crazy! So to speed the process along, he offered to help clean the fish. Sadly, the sight of the catfish guts made him retch and he had to go deal with his queasy stomach.

Genius at Work

Let the record be clear. Foo is a genius as you can attest to as you watch him work and enjoy his adventures. Wile E. Coyote just wanted to ensure that no one has any doubt.

Wary Wall-E

Tired from a week of work and the slow-moving hours on a Friday afternoon, Foo got a little snippy and a little nippy when the ever-curious Wall-E got a little too close to Foo and tried to see if his teeth were really sharp. Answer? Yup.

Friday Fun Day

Part of Friday Fun Day at the office had Foo pretending he was a jungle explorer striking out at dawn to find the mythical gugga gugga beast... then he realized he was the only one in the office...

Star Struck

Foo was excited to meet the cast of Pawn Stars at the office (who were shrunk by a mysterious ray in the lobby). They were nice but a little close-lipped. After a while he found himself noticing a certain glint in the big guy's eye, and he started to worry if they were going to pawn him!

Foo-zen Ice Yogurt

Foo just had to get this dessert when they advertised at Berripop that it contained "fluffy" ice. He wasn't sure want that meant and wasn't sure how that would feel on his tongue, but the adventure was worth it. Topped with delicious granola and mochi balls, the raspberry pomegranate and shaved lemon ice were scrum-diddli-umptious!

Foo-damame

When told he had something in his teeth, Foo insisted that he was just saving this one for later because he just loves edamame. Yummy salty pea pods!

Always Better With Friends

As with most things in life, sushi is always better had with friends, especially when everyone is in a good mood. Kippy the Koi and the cats Lucky and Lulu were excellent sushi-eating company and kept Foo in stitches the whole meal at Oishii.

Beered in Preparation

Foo got ready with his favorite Japanese beer, the peach wine, sake and his fishy and kitty friends as he waited for yummy sushi at Oishii. It was loud and crowded, but Foo managed to keep everyone else away from his food.

Lunch Line Etiquette

Foo needs to learn to have better lunchroom etiquette at work. His lunch that he heated up took forever, much to the chagrin of his coworkers Charles and Ale. Plus, he stole Ale's cheese! Bad Foo...

Casual Friday

Being casual Friday and all (at least in Foo's head), his office antics had no boundaries before the bosses got in.
So he decided to do the old hijinks favorite of copying his face and butt on the company copy machine.

He urges comments, but he thinks his butt made a good Xerox.

But he's still seeing stars from this one... whoa brightness...

Owl in the Family

Foo always heard that owls are wise, so he went to his coworker Hooty for advice on where to go on his next adventure. Hooty thought Foo should fly over Houston to get a bird's-eye view because everything's better from above.

Foo thought that was a great idea, but he knew that he couldn't fly without a plane. Hooty was having none of his negativity and jumped on Foo's back and grabbed him in his talons.... Sadly it ended badly... on the floor, since Foo weighs twice as much as Hooty and the windows don't open from the inside...

Don't Know If It's Big Enough

Nothing to say, really. Foo just wanted to brag about his really big TV.

New Foo Friends

Foo's always making friends, and these two helped him calm down after his near meltdown about the music inside. He thanks Scott and Joey for being so welcoming and apologizes for what happened right after this photo to Scott's finger.... He was just a little hungry...

Blu Devil

Foo didn't really like the bow-bow music at Blu in Sugar Land, so he got really really angry.... so angry he made the bartop a flow of molten lava that glowed like the fiery pits of Hell. He was taken outside shortly after that to prevent further damage...

Ratty Parrot

What do a rat and a parrot have in common? No, seriously, Foo wants to know... He tried to get the bar to get a rat and parrot cage match going, but they were short on rats and Foo left his parrot in South Carolina...

Dueling Foo-anos

Foo particularly enjoyed the dueling pianos at Baker Street Pub. They were even made to match Foo. It's so nice when people are so foo-preciative.

Calm But Deadly

Foo knows that swans are calm above the surface, but paddling like hell underneath. This one apparently had Foo's Yorkshire ass underneath the water.... It wasn't a pretty smell.

U Foo C

If you've ever wondering what UFC stands for, clearly Foo is what the F is for. Once this was discovered, Foo's friend Ariel decided to challenge Foo's skills. He had him on the ropes for a while...
... but soon Foo demonstrated who was really the UFC champion by taking a chunk out of his arm. Just look at the pain... Foo, the bringer of the pain...

Beer-crobatics

Foo got a few beers in him and like usual, he started doing tricks for everyone around him. It was entertaining for a while, until the glass went over... At least it didn't break. Foo hates shards of glass in his feet.

Foo Go Long!

Foo saw the floor at Gridiron Bar and Grill and immediately ran down the "field" for a Hail Mary pass. Sadly there was no ball available, so he ran into the people at the other end.

Lobster Fest

Foo was really really really hungry. So hungry that he decided to eat this plastic lobster off the wall... It didn't bode too well for his indigestion...

Fountain of Foo

Foo has claimed this geometrically interesting fountain as the best place to sit and think and drink during lunchtime. They kind of frown when he swims in it though so that's no fun.

Aw Curly Foo

Foo felt all psychedelic next to these swirly-cues in the lobby of the Decorative Center. So this is what it feels like to trip....

Jiggler Art

Since when did art get made out of Jell-O amoebas? Foo was excited to be a part of the weird social experiment, but upon licking it, he discovered it didn't have the same taste he thought it would.

F.O.O. Club

Foo just loves The Flying Saucer bars, so he had to go to the one nearby in Sugar Land, TX. The coaster said to give them a piece of his mind... but he wasn't sure what part and if he'd get it back.
In the end, he was happy enough that he got his very own U.F.O. club card, so he can start cataloging his beers and maybe some day reach the goal of 200! When he gets to that point, he is going to make them change the name of the club to F.O.O.

Five for Fighting

As the game went on and the Aeros lost any chance of winning, Foo got angry and started throwing punches in the crowd. The refs (bartenders) quickly intervened and sent Foo into the penalty box where he thought about what he did and prepared his very heartfelt and earnest apology to the little girl with the black eye.

Ticket to Win It

While Foo was at the Maple Leaf Pub for the Aeros game, they were holding a raffle to win a hockey stick autographed by the entire team! Foo was ready to claim his prize, but then he found out his number didn't win. Fortunately, Foo still got the stick since Jonathan won it!

Throw in the Towel

When Foo got to the Maple Leaf Pub to support the Houston Aeros in the playoffs, he was handed a towel. At first he was confused and thought he had something on his face, but then he realized it was a free Foo outfit so he promptly put it on to cheer on his team.

You Betcha 'Eh

Foo enjoyed his time at the Maple Leaf Pub, where he went to cheer on the Aeros in Game 4 of the playoffs. He was hoping to meet some real Canadians so he could taste them and see if they really tasted like bacon, but all he found were the Aerodynamic cheerleaders... not so tasty.

Workplace Shennanigans

On Foo's trip to work, he did his best to spending his time productively like all good employees... er... he basically ransacked the office for weird things to put on, hence the Illini snowman...
...and spent a lot of time at the water cooler chatting up anyone he could find. This is his coworker Consuelo. He had a lot of different views on things for sure.

Working With the Foo

Foo went to work today. He was very excited to write about Las Vegas... where he's never been... hmmm he should do something about that....

LEGO Church Wasn't Built in a Day

Foo wonders just how many LEGOs it took to build this church, St. Martin's Episcopal. It's impressive since the LEGOs are so small... By the way, this is the view from Foo's office where he "works." Sadly this is not his office. His actual office has no windows, which makes for a sad Foo dog.

Stars in Texas

Foo just wanted to show everyone that he is not only the star of Texas, but he is the star of the workplace. He wanted to play in the fountain, but the security guard would have none of it.

It looks even cooler from the sixth floor where he works. But he warns not to lean too far over the edge because it's a long... way... down...
