Birds or Chameleons?
When Foo found these green brushed sculptures, he couldn't help wonder what lived in those little holes? Was it birds? Was it chameleons? Was it the minds of conservative whack jobs (they're small)?
He waited and waited to see, and finally out from one of these holes came a tiny flying monkey with a pig nose. It was so weird! But since he couldn't get a picture of the pig-nose monkey with wings... he doesn't think anyone will believe him.

Being Green
Somewhere Foo heard that it's not easy being green, but this huge hopper seems to be doing alright by it. Sitting all day doing nothing? Foo was about to feel green with envy, but then he realized that a stationary Foo is a bored Foo.

Boa-Licious
Foo got to wear Big Sexy's green boa for part of the evening. Now that's a Big Sexy beast! The green really brings out his eyes.

Foo for Mayor
Even though Foo really likes the current mayor of Houston, when he stumbled upon the really cool Art Deco City Hall, he just knew the building needed a Foo in office.
In his first speech as a mayoral candidate, which he gave in Hermann Square, Foo remarked how good he looked with such a pretty backdrop. When he takes office, he promises to keep Houston green (because it nicely complements his coloring) and to officially change the name of the city to Fooston. It's only logical.
