While at the Clinton museum, Foo was almost recruited by this jolly Uncle Sam, but Foo was a little too short for the army so they let him slide on by.

I Want Foo!
While at the Clinton museum, Foo was almost recruited by this jolly Uncle Sam, but Foo was a little too short for the army so they let him slide on by.
