Chances Are... Hope Floats

Foo found this set of bells along the riverwalk in San Antonio that were featured in the movie Hope Floats. 

The bells hang above this outdoor stage and the audience sits across the river in this amphitheatre. He so wants to perform on this stage! He's been told he plays a mean artifact!
