Finished!

Ah... Foo made it, end the race in the giant Reliant Stadium. He was victorious and could finally get his breath a little.
A little later he learned that he was the first Foo Dog ever to complete the Houston Texans Running of the Bulls 5K race! What an honor!

Fast and Foo-ious

Foo was running so fast at the beginning of the race that he just flew by the 1-mile marker. However, by Mile 2, he needed a quick break so he stopped for a photo.
And just to show he made it this far, he stopped a step at Mile 3 to take a pic. Just .1 miles to go!

Here We Go!

At last the starting pistol went off, and Foo was allowed to proceed to the starting line, but wow, it took forever.
But eventually he got there, and boy did he get a quick start once he crossed that inflatable line!

Ready and Waiting

Foo eagerly got into the starting corral for the race, and wow there were a lot of people there...
and more and more and more came until he couldn't even see over the crowds!

Astro Dawn

As Foo watched the sun come up over the empty Astrodome, he reflected that it was once gigantic. Now it is dwarfed by the even more gigantic Reliant Stadium. How times have changed...

Real Bull?

When Foo signed up for the Running with the Bulls 5K, he didn't think there'd be actual bulls! When he saw this, he just knew it was going to be that much more exciting! Just like that time in Pamplona...

Dawn of Race Time

Foo and Victoria had to get up super early to make sure they were on time for the Running of the Bulls at Reliant Stadium.
He just never expected to see the sunrise. Still he was ready to run with full uniform on!

Dog Tired

Everyone had a good time hanging out, but after a while Winchester just couldn't take it and was plum tuckered out.
No matter. Layla and Foo still had a lot of great laughs the rest of the evening!

Super Smile Time!

Foo loved hanging out with his new friend, Layla while watching the Texans game! She offered him excellent cuddles...
and they made a great team in the Big Smile contest! No one else came close to these grinning winners!

Bitty Bomber

Foo just couldn't resist dreaming about soaring up into the clear blue skies when he found this little airplane made out of beer cans! Exciting and tasty!

Viva Mexico!

Foo just wanted to show his support for all his Mexican friends out there! Viva Mexico compadres! He hopes one day to make it there himself!

Fly Away Home

All in all, Foo had a good trip up north, but he was ready to fly back home. One the second leg of his journey, he asked the flight attendant if he could sit on the wing, but she was having none of that and refused, saying it was just too dangerous, even for Foo.

Attack Formation

Foo was just strolling past the pond and stopped to admire one solitary goose floating on the water. He had no idea what would come next!
Soon, the whole flock had descended upon him, demanding food for safe passage. Alas, he had none and had to battle off the birdie hordes with fist and fang.

Tunnel Love

Foo was getting tired after the romping day at the park, so he climbed up into this tunnel to get some rest. Noelle soon followed. He was nervous at first, not knowing what she wanted.
As it turns out, she just wanted to cuddle with Foo and make sure he was comfortable for his nap.

Teeter Toddler

After breaking out of prison, the first thing Noelle wanted to do was go on the Teeter Totter. Foo was completely on board with the plan, but he just couldn't quite get the concept that he was supposed to go on the other end and not the middle. Noelle didn't know what to make of it, so she just rolled her eyes and looked away.

Prison Break

When they were playing in the park, suddenly some people came and threw Noelle and her daddy, Jeff, in jail! Foo didn't even ask what they had done before immediately jumping to their rescue.

Foo scaled the prison wall with his best Ninja Foo skills while Noelle worked her position from the inside to trick the guards.
Once Foo got inside, he and Noelle checked quickly to see if the coast was clear, then they were off...
but not before Noelle turned to Foo and said, "You're the man, Foo!" to which he replied, "No, I'm the Foo, but thanks!" They made their daring escape and even saved Jeff as well.

Sliding Fear

Foo was scared to go down this slide all by himself, but luckily his friend Noelle soon came along to give him the push he needed. Wheeeeee!

The Swing's the Thing

Foo and Noelle just loved going for a day at the park. Swinging was the most fun, especially since she and Foo could swing together and go oh so high!

Knock His Block Off

Foo and his friend Noelle just love hanging out and playing with the squishy blocks. Of course Foo likes to wear the blocks...
while Noelle's favorite activity is knocking them off the block (Foo).
After the blocks are gone, Foo licks Noelle's hand. She's not entirely sure she likes that part.

But after all is said and done, Noelle says, "Foo, I love you... and your little nose, too!"

Feed Me!

After a long day on the road, Foo finally reached his destination for the day and was so happy to see this lovely padded seat size perfectly for him with even its own tray attached. Boy this house is accommodating!

Cheesy State

Of all Foo's findings at the Mars Cheese Castle, this was the most intriguing. He finally understood just why there was so much cheese here and why the silly football fans worship cheese as their mascot. It turns out that the state itself is made of cheese. Just like the moon. How about that?

Castle Within a Castle

Foo was flattered that the Mars Cheese Castle had actually made a castle just for Foo to play in. He immediately romped across the ramparts and was about to pour hot oil on a passing shopper, but he was stopped just before he tipped the pot.

Poopy Pies

Foo was surprised to find that this store actually sold cow pies. He always that that meant cow poop. Maybe it is, but if so, Wisconsin has some crazy cows that poop peanut butter!

Go Heavy on the Cheese

Foo just couldn't believe the size of this cheese and that there was a competition to guess its weight. He was going to put in his own guess, but he just wasn't sure what he would do with all of that cheese... he couldn't even carry it.

Stein of the Times

Foo was so impressed by this great wall of steins of all kinds that he made sure there were Foo versions available on his Cafe Press store so his fans can raise a toast with Foo the most! Check out the steins and designs at www.cafepress.com/foodogblog/

Don't Have a Cow!

While Foo was wandering around the Mars Cheese Castle, he came across this baby cow just crying and crying out for its mom. Foo immediately jumped to the little guy's aid, running all around the store.
Luckily, a short while later, Foo found the little calf's mom and the two were reunited and happy. As a thank you, the momma cow made sure Foo had all the milk and cheese he could carry.

Name That Beer

Foo has been a fan of the microbrew industry for quite some time now, and he's happy to see it really taking off. Wisconsin has tons of quality breweries in the state, and one of Foo's favorites is New Glarus... mostly because he just loves the naming creativity! Foo's interested in being the poster Foo for a line of homebrews. Any takers?

Mouse in Da House

What's a cheese castle without some resident mice? But this cheese castle had some doozies! This one was clearly part of a cult called the Green Bay Packers, but when Foo bit his ear to wake him up, the mouse started singing the proper tune, "Bear Down, Chicago Bears..."
This guy was so hungry, not only was he chomping on this ginormous piece of cheddar, he had some stored away on his head for later. Foo took a photo chance and luckily did not getting chomped up in the process!

Cheesing of the Guard

At the Mars Cheese Castle, they must really take their cheese seriously since they have fully armored knights guarding it! Luckily for Foo, these knights were like the Buckingham guards and couldn't move at all.

Castle de Queso on Mars?

Foo saw this gigantic sign from the highway and just HAD to stop and see how it was that Mars was now on earth, what kind of cheese they had and if it really was a castle!
It wasn't literally on Mars, but it sure was a castle and had plenty of cheese and cheesey stuff inside too!

Smile and Smile Alike

Foo just loved this smiley sun guy who had a grin just like Foo's! Thanks for the photo, happy gear sun!

Are You Ready for Your Close Up?

After years of being in front the the camera, Foo was excited to be the one who could take all the pictures with this giant metal camera sculpture. Too bad he didn't have any film.
