Floating Hope

Foo came to Smithville for a completely different reason, but when he got there he found out that it was where they shot the movie, Hope Floats. He was so excited, he started running around looking for Birdie, Bernice and Travis, hopefully the little boy might lend him some of his cool costumes.

Foo found this set of bells along the riverwalk in San Antonio that were featured in the movie Hope Floats. 

The bells hang above this outdoor stage and the audience sits across the river in this amphitheatre. He so wants to perform on this stage! He's been told he plays a mean artifact!
