Bird Man Stan

Foo named this guy Bird Man Stan, mostly because he had the body of the bird, and Stan seemed fitting since he wore a construction hat. Construction workers should be named Stan, clearly.

Since Houston always seems to be under construction, Foo thinks it was wise that an artist actually put a mural of a building being constructed on a building near construction!
