Japanese Love
Foo met this really cool Japanese person in the print museum. Cool samurai swords (Foo has one just like it) and neat Japanese writing always make him smile, but what was really weird is that this person actually starting flirting with him... um... yeah...

Lion in Wait
While wandering the print museum, Foo found this lion guarding a set of seats. He just had to get his photo with him. The lion didn't say much, but he was obviously proud of his vigilance job.

Steamroller Baby
While searching through the museum, Foo even found a cute little Foo-size roller press. Although much less intimidating than that big one he saw, Foo still didn't take a chance and stick around too long and see how flat this would make him.

Are You Stoned?
Foo found it really neat to see the Rosetta Stone (although not the original) in the printing museum. Back then they just chiseled things out of stone instead of using paper, but wow, what a communication tool!

Art of Printing
Foo really liked finding this really cool art pieces that used a bunch of different print face tiles and other related items to spell out important names and dates about Houston...
... and Texas in general. But this display really does go to show that without Houston, the best city in the state, Texas is really not that shiny...

Franklin My Dear
Foo particularly liked this press because it was the kind used by Benjamin Franklin himself. The ink got a little sticky though.... eww...
Ben tried to coach Foo on how to use it, but his hands were tied.

Printers Printers Everywhere
Foo had no idea there were so many different sizes and shapes of printers throughout the years. These ones were just in the entryway alone.
This Albion Press was an early model of hand printing press from the early 1800s, although Foo couldn't figure out why you'd just want to print your hands and not books...
Foo was careful to keep his distance from this one, not really wanting to get stuck in that giant roller and be a smooshed Foo...
This one was Foo's No. 1 favorite press, really only because it told him it was the No. 1, but that's good enough for Foo.

Hot Off the Press!
Foo just happened to stumble upon the Museum of Printing History in Houston and just had to make a visit. He was greeted outside by this interesting contraption, which kind of looked like it could double as a torture device. Great idea for deterring the naughty guys!
