Confederate Spirit

Who knew the Confederates were still so spirited even though they totally lost the war and let Foo's people go. Still, he had to respect that this statue, Spirit of the Confederacy, was dedicated "to all the heroes of the South who fought for the principles of states’ rights" even though the marker was grammatically wrong and said "states." Silly Confederates.

Stop Bad Spelling!

Foo couldn't decide whether he should stop or go when he saw this horrible misspelling at the Country Kitchen in central Texas. 

Or maybe it wasn't a misspelling and it's really just a room for making loud, obnoxious sounds. Yeah... he didn't think so either...
