Big Bubbles

Foo wanted a lot of bubble gum, but he wasn't sure where to get it. Luckily, this pink elephant friend tapped him on the tail and he found a super big stash.

Mama and Baby Time

Foo found fun animals all over that wanted to play, including the big mama-size giraffe...
...and this cute little Foo-size pal.
Then he found this huge pink elephant on parade...
...and was able to size up with this cute little blue tyke with a winning smile.

Tusk Tusk Tusk

To get his mind off the game until later that day, Foo went up to the Lake County Forest Preserve to visit with his friend, Tusky. Tusky was jealous of Foo's awesome uniform though so Foo had to skedaddle before being disrobed and sucked into a trunk.

Out of Africa

Although Foo didn't have time today to go into the Houston Zoo, he did make it a point to say hi to the zoo's guardian Elwood. In their brief conversation, Foo learned that Elwood was from Africa, which would kind of explain why he was a little thin around the middle. Maybe he runs really fast after people who try to sneak into the zoo.

Hidden Pictures Highlights

After the move from Chicago down to Texas, Foo had the strangest desire to play his own version of that Hidden Pictures game in the Highlights magazine.

Can you find a gnome, 2 black cats, 3 elephants, 5 candles, the eiffel tower, a beer boot, a panda, 2 TVs, 6 candles, 4 picture frames, a yorkshire terrier and Foo?

Foos of Elephantine Proportions

Foo really wanted to ride the real baby African elephant, but he (the elephant) was just too intimidated to let that happen, so Foo settled for observing from above and riding the fake one. It was still cool.
