Hiking on Mount Foo

Well rather Mount Tabor, a mountain inside the city limits of Portland, Oregon. From on high, he got a great view of downtown Portland

He rested at an old fort, halfway up the mountain.

Also, while on his hike he saw just how green Oregon is and learned that the red arrows point right to Foo!!

Jug o' Lust

Foo was curious about this building shaped like a jug, but he was disturbed and dismayed to discover that it was a dirty jug of smut... a strip club. Ah well...pirates don't have very good taste in women, so he supposes it fits.

Riding in Style...

When Foo got to drive around Portland, Oregon, he was pleased to find his chariot was stylin' big time. He didn't know he'd get this Charger, but vroom... nice ride.

Mountain High

Foo was in awe as he flew toward Oregon and saw two huge mountains out of his plane window. Snow in July... gotta love it!

Boot Scootin' Foo Dog

Foo visited a local Cavender's Boot City in Houston, Texas, on his goal to become truly Texan. Sadly there were no boots in Foo's size. He just has to get some custom boots made!

Burying the Ball

Foo was simply riding along and found this apparent football graveyard. He always wondered what happened to the footballs after they were done being useful.... Now he knows... Once finding this, he wanted to go look for ones from famous plays.

House of.... Stuff

Foo found this "fancy" house in Houston with everything, including the kitchen sink probably, in the front yard...

....and the back yard, including a mannequin that is still praying for rain in this Houston drought.

At least they have a waterless ship rudder also praying for rain... if it could pray...

Foo-fiti Caught in the Act!

When Foo visited this colorful, artistic location, he caught a grafitti artist in the act of doing his thing. Foo waited until he was done and then added a touch of his own Foo-ffiti, thus starting a tagging war that still goes on to this day.

Foo-rific Sculptures

Foo got a look at the local art in Houston at this sculpture house. It's metallic and ornate, and more than a little bit weird.

This green lady really liked Foo.... it made him a little uncomfortable, but he is always a really good sport and was pleased to sit for a photo.

Foo Loves Houston!

Foo recently moved here to Houston, and from what he sees so far, he LOVES it!

And the city tells him so as well.

Mount Foo-More and More

Foo stumbled across a parade of president heads larger than life.

He wanted to get his own head sculpted four times and name the collaboration Mount FooMore, but he couldn't seem to find the artists. They were ahead of their time.

Cage Those Beatles!

Foo thought he was going to have to be like Billy the Exterminator when he heard there were 60-foot-tall Beatles in Houston. He was much relieved when it just turned out to be this sculpture of the famed musicians... He wanted an autograph, but he couldn't get past the cage.

Monsters!!!!

At the art car museum, Foo wasn't sure whether to be scared of this crazy beast or just laugh at it's bad hair day. He's still not completely certain.

Life is a Ball of Flowers...

Foo had a ball at the Art Car Musuem in Houston, especially when he found this cool suspended ball of flower. It wasn't very tasty, but it was pretty. After his game with the ball, Foo felt funky with the 60s and wanted to be a wild child!

Foo Man Band

When Foo found this cool artistic upright bass at the Art Car Musuem in Houston, Texas, he wanted to corral all his musical cronies and strike up the band! Come on doggies!!

Texas Tumbleweed?

Foo always thought tumbleweeds were only found out on the open plains of Texas, but he found this one as a permanent art sculpture in the Art Car Museum in Houston, TX. However, unlike real one, no matter how hard Foo huffed and puffed, he couldn't budge this tumbleweed at all.

Rich Fashion

Foo thought these outfits were money (meaning awesome)! Sadly they were too big for him to wear and were actually made of real money, so he just left them on the wall at the Art Car Museum.

Open Arms

Foo was welcomed with open arms... er limbs... to the Art Car Museum in Houston, TX. Foo wanted to jump inside and go for a monster ride, but he simply couldn't get that high.

Moose Art?

Is it art? Is art art? Well, one thing was sure, it's a moose head, but it appears to be an S&M moose with a leather fetish. And maybe a shoe fetish... yeah...

La Cucaracha... La Cucaracha...

That's one big cockroach on the wall. It's twice the size of Foo. Luckily it's just art and not a real cockroach... Cause... ew....

Don't Feed the Animals!

Is it a giraffe? A dinosaur? A giant llama? An alien? Who knows... but Foo was actually glad that this animal wasn't supposed to be fed because he really didn't want to be its lunch.

Car Beasts!

Foo was fascinated and a little frightened when he met these artful beasties that are also cars!

Eeek... Artists are crazy sometimes.

Foo wanted to keep the silver one as a pet, but it wouldn't follow him home.

Monstrous Mobile Art

Foo was wandering about Houston and happened upon this Art Car Museum. Apparently the exhibits change all the time so he can't wait to go again. Continue and see all the crazy creatures he met inside.

Those Guys...

Foo wanted to get a closer look at these two fiberglass men in suits, but the one guy said, "Back off!" Foo thinks they might have been secret service agents for giant republicans...

Lemon Tree Very Pretty

But this lemon flower ain't sweet because the fruit from these poor lemons is the plastic bottles of lemon juice, which is pretty much the only thing not made of beer cans at this Beer Can House.

Beer King

While at the Beer Can House, Foo declared himself "King of the Beer Mountain. To this day, no one has refuted his claim.

Beer House!

Foo was excited to find this house, entirely covered and decorated in beer cans. The man who did this drank all the beer himself.

There are very few surfaces NOT covered in beer cans, bottles or labels.

Foo loved the parkway planter a lot because it used a witty pun like he loves, saying "Yes we can!"

Just it case it was clear that he is in Texas, the Beer Can House makes it known in the garden area at the back.

Armadillo Madness

Foo found this giant shiny armadillo when he was driving around Houston. He didn't want to get any closer for fear of being eaten by it, but he thinks that inside they actually cook up armadillo sandwiches.

You're My Water Wall

Foo wanted to sing in the rain, but he chose to frolic in the fountain instead when he found this cool water wall monument in the Galleria area of Houston, TX.

It looked cool from a distance, but then Foo got to get closer and felt the mist and the grandeur of the breezy water.

Then he got to sit in the echo spot...

...before checking out the outside of the structure.

It was certainly a cool refreshing respite from the hot Houston summer heat.

Accidents Happen

After all his car trips, he's never had an accident before, but Foo was so excited to be checking out his new city that he piddled just a little... It's okay Foo.

Angel Foo

Foo is no angel, but while driving down the street near the Galleria area of Houston, out popped this giant metal halo in the middle of an intersection. He thinks it's a sign!

Foo's Blues

Foo was ready to get down and boogie with this giant blue saxophone at The Horn in Houston, TX. He found out he was a little too short for it though. Next time, Foo!

Born in the Foo-S-A

Foo is proud to be an American, 'cause at least he knows he's Foo... and he matches part of the flag... so that's always a plus!

Taking a Dip

Foo just loves to swim with his friends when they go out on the boat. He know how to doggy paddle, for sure... but his favorite way to swim is with the Japanese Water Foo Kick.
